I'm pretty sure Firefox is open source. Wouldn't you be infringing copyrights of Mozilla if you use their browser name (Firefox) and their icon/logo?

I thought it was the legit Firefox, I got excited, And then i realised it wasn't the legit "Firefox"

Firefox is open and you are violating the GPL or whatever by using their name and logo, not to mention misleading everyone here / false advertising. Change the name and logo, now.
