An app closes before it even opens a window and won't open, how can I get it to launch?

an app closes before it even opens a window and wont open

i downloaded an app of the internet, and it wont open even when i try to spam click it. i tried looking at the task manager and opening the app at the same time, but nothing pops up, what do i do to get this to launch? i tried troubleshooting, running as admin, restarting, redownloading, all that but nothing works
