IE with WP 8.1

I was wondering some things..

Is there background downloading? (Meaning I can use other apps while IE downloads).

Is there background uploading? (Same)

Is there downloading/uploading under the lock screen?

not yet with ie11 mobile on windows phone 8.1 But I have read that UC browser can do the same in background :smile:
