surface pro 3 battery report not giving estimates

I recently purchased a sp3 however ever since I have had it running (2-3 days) when I create the battery report from powercfg, at the bottom section there is no information on estimates for battery life... very annoying! Any ideas how to make this work ??

I don't think you can because it includes connected standby. Basically, the power manager has no idea how much will be left because connected standby uses power differently so there would be no way to accurately test it.
