NEW 1520 , Unable to update to 8.1

Hi
I just got a new lumia, its international unlocked version(RM-937), default to hongkong location, using in canada.
I'm unable to install 8.1 DP , everything set, Developer account signed in, preview for developers installed.
Still doesn't show 8.1 update ...
Any ideas...
Help will be appreciated..Thanks..

hi ,
after signing up , you have to start a new project which should be a catalog . after creating you should generate it and then you are done with it , then go to developer preview app and accept the agreement and sign in . NOW go to settings>phone update and check for update and you will get one
Remember you can only download the update using wifi connection .
