Lumia 1520 vs. Lumia 930

So it's that time where I get a new phone from the upgrade, and I was decided on the 930. But I have no idea when it's gonna come out (AT&T) and I know the 1520 is out and its one of the great windows phones. I know there is a very big size difference, and doesn't the 930 run a newer version of windows? But which phone do you think is "Better"? (also how much is the 1520 with a 2Yr contract?)

AFAIK, 930 will not be available in US. Verizon has its own exclusive version (Lumia Icon) of 930.
According to evleaks, AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon will get soon the Lumia 1525, a slightly improved version of 1520.

Edit 2: 930 runs a newer version out of the box, however 1520 will get the same version a bit later. The hardware is very similar. I do own a 1520 and it's a great device. Both of them are great, it's for you to decide which of these beasts fits better in your hand
