MY lumia 925 is dead no hard or soft reset or flashing is working

so here's what exactly happened, yesterday my phone got stuck in the boot loop which was a bit scary yet easy to fix. i put on the charger while it was on the loop in few minutes it just just stopped charging and no soft or hard reset worked. today i thought i should flash it with NSU. one of the steps i should follow in order to flash it is to connect the phone to the computer and hold the volume down and power button until phone vibrates but it didn't vibrate. other weird thing is that when i connect the phone to the pc the windows symbol in bottom lights up for like 3 seconds. if i tried to soft reset while connecting to pc the symbol just lights for 3 seconds and nothing happens i tried every possible thing. please help
