So I'm on Windows Phone and I want to use my Microsoft Outlook account as my main account. I've hooked up my old Google account to it so that it sends new e-mail there. However, I want to be able to reply back to those emails as that account (so if I get an email from Gmail, I want to send as Gmail.) I've been doing some searching and it doesn't look like it's been added yet (God knows why), but I thought I'd ask the community to make sure that's true.

    Appreciate the help.

In settings, you have two email accounts - Outlook and Google. Both will appear in your app list under those names or whatever names you've given them. If you open the Google email app (which you can pin to start if you want to), you'll see all the Google email. If you send an email while viewing this inbox, it will be sent from the Google account.

If you've set up the Google email address as an alias in Outlook (getting all your gmail in your Outlook inbox), then you'll end up with dupes of your gmail - in the Google inbox and in the Outlook inbox.
