keep restarting and end up with gear spinning

lumia 925.
last night i install windows phone 8.1
when i restart it, it appear gear spinning, i wait quite a long. then it show NOKIA logo. then show the gear spinning again. it repeated for 12 hours now. already try pressing vol down and lock. it vibrate then repeat the NOKIA logo and gears again. the bar not even moved.
please help me. i love my phone.

Try using Nokia Software Recovery Tool. That'll reset your phone back to a working WP8.0. You can then try installing WP8.1 again.
