Problem on cellular service on Lumia 920

While using my phone I noticed that when I turn my phone settings on 2G it says there is no service but also when I change it to 4G. It only stays by 3G but I'd like to use 2G

Device :Nokia lumia 920
OS : WP 8.1 update 1 preview for developers.

Maybe low coverage in your area.
Sometimes, in some places, 3G is stronger than 4G so the phone, automatically changes to 3G and ignores 4G. That can happen with 2G as well. It will depend on, as I said, signal strength.
