Touch and Glance missing from settings

I've noticed that the touch settings which controls double tap to wake and Glance are no longer on my list in settings. They aren't even on the store to update. I use a 925 and I'm running WP8.1 through DP. Can anyone help me with a tip to bring them back.

Try and install them via Nokia Sys App Pusher if they are missing. They are present on my 925. I am running WP8.1 via DP.
