Windows phone 8.1 problem

Have enjoyed 4G conncectivity through EE since May 2013. Just upgraded from Windows Phone 8 to 8.1 two days ago and 4G has just disappeared. Getting 3G or H+ and nothing more. Have phoned EE twice and I've had different stories each time and no solution. Any ideas anyone?

Check in SIM settings. Make sure 4G is selected as highest setting..
