windows phone 8.1 with 8.10.12393.890

So my phone Lumia 920 has the Cyan update but the windows phone 8.1 are stuck on 8.10.12393.890 what is the problem?

I've been asking the same question since last August, but nobody's got an answer!
It seems that a lot of Lumia models got past 8.10.12393.890 but my 920 with Cyan just won't do it. It keeps telling me that "i've got the latest update"...how come???

I'm getting tired of this. I'll give MS another month to solve this otherwise I'll go for the first iPhone that crosses my path! ;-)

Developer Preview installed? I don't know specifically what OS version, but you're probably behind because you don't have the latest OS from DP.

i haven't installed dp because i have heard that there are a lot issues with the batery drain...
