Windows phone 8.1 store-india installing/updating app problem

does anyone notice the windows phone store problem from September 16-2014?
all the app update data is downloaded but none of the apps is updating. following apps is still pending for update:
wpcentral
nearby live
office lence
fhotoroom
music+

similar problem started with my brothers phone too!
is anyone have solution?

haven't noticed any problem till now.

Suggest you try turning off automatic date and time in Settings
