Need a solution!!!

I got a weird situation... I am currently in wp8.1.1 DP... Before I got cyan update my notifications were coming.. But after updating to cyan and a hard reset... The notifications are not coming when am on the mobile network.. But when I connect to wifi notifications are coming... Even if the wifi network is slower than my 3g network notifications are coming whereas even if I get full 3g connection am not getting notifications... Any solutions???
