Why am I getting the error code 8004100b when I use Cortana?

Cortana 8004100b Error

Just bought my first windows phone...it's pre-paid...Nokia 530 getting error code 8004100b when I ask her what the weather is...when I type what is the weather it works fine. I completely setup Cortana and filled out the little interest survey but it says my interest are not available at this time.
I have searched google and tried different things...I turned her off and back on...I signed in with facebook...restarted phone multiple times...I'm signed in with my microsoft account as well...
I am on wifi too...

What country are you in?

Have you tried a soft reset?

I just picked up a new 635 on T-Mobile and am experiencing the same issue. I've tried soft and hard reset moved to dev preview and then used the Nokia software recovery tool to hard reset but nothing has fixed the issue.

I also have a 635 on AT&T and Cortana is working just fine on that device. I contacted Microsoft support and they think it may be a server side issue and to check back with them tomorrow. All in all it's quite frustrating, but glad to know another user has this issue with a new device.

Just an update that Cortana is now working for me. I guess it must have been a server side issue.
