Why am I getting an error when trying to upgrade apps?

I'm getting an error trying to upgrade apps

Is the app store down. Trying to download an update I am told the phone can't connect to the app store and am getting an error "There is a problem completing your request. Try again later. Inquiring minds might find the error code helpful: c101b00.

In that case, give it some time or restart your devices and check again - might be a regional issue
