This might help people, I've been trying to install apps, etc but today was the final straw when Onedrive appears to have stopped working on my Lumia 1520 0n Windows 8.1.
Thought I was stuck with a dead phone-same error code when trying to use the Store, 'Games' app just seemed to be stuck updating
Anyway, I found this updater tool for Windows Phone and I've managed to update my phone using my PC. So, fingers crossed, I no longer have a dead phone-it's currently updating on my phone
