How to put geotagged photo on maps?

ive just returned from a trip and had taken lots of geotagged photos which all are transferred to my PC now.

Now I want to view the location map of them and perhaps create a trail of my travel but I couldn't find any decent PC app or program that does this - I know Lumia Storyteller will do it but it will mean transferring all those photos back and putting them in there.

Are there any good desktop app that does this?

Thanks for the help. I don't use MS Office at home, but will check it out when I have a PC with it.
