How can I type Hebrew vowels on Windows Phone 8.1?

Hi. The default Hebrew keyboard on windows phone 8.1 contains only the consonants. I have searched everywhere and couldn't find the diacritical markings (vowels). Anyone knows where I can find them (if they exist) and if not, any possible solution?

You mean this ? at least when keyboard is set to English you hold a letter and the diacritical markings appear.

I do not understand Hebrew, so I have no idea if the app will be suitable or not, but hopefully it will work for you.
