Why am I not able to sign into my Live ID?

i am not able to sign in into my live id

Hey i am owning lumia 520.. I use my live id.. Now i have got lumia 1320, and when i try to update my contacts and apps in my lumia 1320, i am not able to sign in.. I get a message saying,
cant sign in nw. Make sure you have a good reception.try again inawgile.i am getting this messge for two days.. I am also no5 able to create a new id in my lumia 1320. The same live id i can open in my 520. And in my 1320, i can access other accounts..pls someone help me yaar

Try using Two Step Verification to get your device authorized.

Thanks..but can u tell me, how to do it? And from which phone do i need to try that two step verification.new Lumia 1320 or the old one 520?

Sign into your Live (or Microsoft) Account on your PC. Enable 2 Step there and set it up for the 1320's phone number. You will get a text with a code on the 1320 to input on the 1320 for verification.
