Battery Saver App, wrong statistics

Lumia 625, phone worked fine for a week, then suddenly lost 30% of battery overnight.
Saver App showed Internet Explorer using over 100% in the past 24 hours in the background, despite IE being denied backround running.

I performed a hard reset, after which the Saver App doesn't show usage statistics correctly. At around 80% of battery charge it still says every app has less than 1% of usage.

Lastly, on the second page it says time since last charge is 0 minutes. Sometimes this corrects itself if i reboot the phone, but then suddenly turns back to 0 again.

I did another hard reset but it's still the same. Anyone have any insight?

Re: Battery Saver App, wrong statistics

Original poster here, i just registered an account. I should add that the Data stats app was also showing wonky statistics, initially it displayed around 60 MB of mobile data use and a little bit of WLAN data, but after a reboot they were reset to zero. I doubt this is supposed to happen?
