I have a custom made PC tower. Any ballpark what I could get for it?

    i7 - 3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz

    8GB RAM

    64-Bit

    Windows 8.1

    500GB hard drive.

    1 years old

    Perfect condition.

Peripherals? Like a monitor, keyboard, mouse, what?

    Just the Tower?

You could just look up your receipts and subtract 25% or so.

No. No more 8 GB of ram. Get a 64 card. Or even 32 will work, buy it's pricey.

You could also download more ram.😃.
Or wait for a fast Broadwell to come out.

Seagate also has an 8 Tb hard drive.

I think he/she/it/they were asking how much would be a good price to sell it for.

What other components, especially graphics, does it pack?

Forget about the OS because the license will not transfer, whoever buys it will have to get a new license from Microsoft.

Not much, no warranty on whitebox parts after a year (hard drive is normally 3), you can transfer the OS if it was a box copy, if it was an OEM you will have to have a tax number and "resell" it to transfer it.
Honestly, as an IT guy I wouldn't trust someone else's white box gaming machine, lord knows if it was overclocked and baked to hell, if the RAM is all dodgy from being over volted, etc. Couple hundred bucks at most. People can by new under warranty laptops for a few hundred bucks and anyone that is building a gaming rig is going to build their own.
