why is my phone not loading properly?

i bought a nokia lumia 900 on amazon and when i try to turn it on it comes on white blank and then cut off and at other attempts it comes shows the NOKIA name then "Rethink possible" stay for 2minutes then cut off.charge it AND IT DOES THE SAME THING

It sounds like the phone may be bricked. Have you tried plugging the phone into a PC with the Zune software installed? That will let you know if your PC can recognize the phone.
