Why isn't my phone showing the Denim update at all?

My phone not showing Denim update at all

Cheers all,
we have two Lumia 930?s in the household. One of them received Denim update about 10 days ago, the other just cannot find the update. Anyone else experiencing this? A visit to Nokia/Lumia Care as the only solution ahead?

Are they both the same model of 930 and from the same carrier? Is there any differences in the two phones? Was one in the Developer's Preview program and the other not? Things like that can be a factor on when your phone gets updates. Before sending it in for repair, you could try doing a hard reset of the phone and see if it finds the denim update.

Thanks for replies guys. I just realized that the non-responsive phone is of German origin and therefore has no update available at the moment. So now it?s just about patience... which I seem not have :devil:
