Windows Central Question

numb hand due to vibration from navigation keys

I recently purchased a Nokia Lumia 930. My first Lumia 930 has taken back to the store due to the radio freezing and returning to the start menu. Now my second Lumia 930 has a very strong vibration. Every time I use the navigation keys to exit a program or to switch to another app, it vibrates so much that my hand gets numb. I have turned off the vibrate for the navigation keys but I cannot turn off the vibrate for notifications (sms, whatsup, facebook) and in-coming calls. Any suggestions? Should I bring the phone back?

Go to SETTINGS> RINGTONES+SOUNDS > there you can switch off the vibration.
Above will switch them all off.

Or if you still want a few go to SETTINGS > notification+action > there you can sett the vibration for all notification separately.

Re: numb hand due to vibration from navigation keys

You can do what Harrie said or press either if the volume buttons. Below the volume sliders there's "vibrate on" text. Tap on it and it will switch of vibration.
