    Would the marketplace still available?
If not, when would it removed

Well support has already ceased so my guess would be.. As long as the app devs don't restrict their apps to WP8.x only, you should be able to download apps.

Considering it's not a different, stand alone store, it should remain available.

Since WP8.x still is capable of using WP7 style apps, I think it will remain open.

Exactly that. Devs would have to pull their WP7.x apps. If MS doesn't do that.

Why are you still using 7.8?

I can understand still using 7.8 but for an os that is no longer supported by Microsoft and its original version was released in 2010 but people really need to upgrade to at least windows phone 8 instead of holding on to a dead os aka similar to windows XP.

Time to upgrade. Bag yourself a new phone, the hardware you are rocking is likely not to get 10. I'd wait until next week, to get more Windows 10 info though.

Not likely? :D It's safe so say it won't get 10 at all.
