Why isn't my video player showing Videos in phone memory?

Why video player is not showing Videos in phone memory

I bought a Lumia 630 Single sim today and i put some videos to the phone from my laptop but it is not showing in the Video player. And it says Xbox Video is off, so please tell me how to turn on Xbox Video
