Why isn't my Cortana on Windows 10 working?

Cortana on Windows 10 dont work

Hi,

I'm using the preview of windows 10 with cortana, but she dont work.

Im form Portugal, but the preview is from US location, language US and time.
I can use cortana, i say "hey Cortana" the wake up, but after give me an error saing "Im sorry, speech failed to start. Try again later.

Anyone can help me_

Its in the release notes where Cortana works. Maybe you missed it.
