Why is my phone muting calls?

Hello friends. I have a problem please help me.. I have the new Microsoft 535 and win8. I have done some settings but I can't find it now.. When someone is calling me the ringtone rings but when I shaking my phone the ringtone stop.. Please find a solution.. Pleaseeeee..

Did you get the new Gestures Beta App installed??? Check the settings inside that App if you have it.

Shake to ignore isn't part of that, but your phone may be misunderstanding it as a flip to silence move...

Also Settings > audio > enhancements > there is a flip to silence toggle in there as well.
