How do I 'de-recognise' a bluetooth device from my Nokia 930 Windows phone?

My Nokia 930 Windows Phone paired nicely and effectively with my VW Tiguan in car system to get hand free and play the music off my phone.....until yesterday. I've been into my VW dealership and they have managed to effectively pair up one of their engineer's phones but the Tiguan will no longer recognise that my Nokia is in the region, even though I have checked that the phone's bluetooth is switched on. I really want to wipe the 'VW Phone' unit recognition off my Nokia and try and start again but there does not seem to be the facility to 'de-recognise' the VW Phone from the bluetooth device list on my Nokia - how do you do this. The whole problem coincided with me installing and playing music from Spotify yesterday - it started to play things fine and then the whole thing just stopped pairing altogether - music and phone. Any suggestions?Can't wait to hear

Go to Settings >> Bluetooth. Press and hold the device you wish to delete, and press delete.
