Does My Nokia Lumia 920 have a fake virus?

I was letting my friend use my phone because his broke when be was camping and I have no idea what on EARTH he was doing with it but be he brought it back to me and there was a message from the webpage saying that there is a virus on my phone and I'm "Not Protected". I freaked out, but then it occurred that this ad may be fake. Now I have no idea if its real or not. It seemed suspicious to me because there was a symbol I know is typically for Android but in bold letters it said Nokia Lumia 920

Don't worry, it's fake. The page detected the phone you were using and displayed the message, well, the fake message
