mpstat.us on explorer history

[Windows Central Question]

In my "recent history" in Internet explorer I have noticed a repeating history log of some hex address followed by .mpstat.us, for example; 364bf6be.mpstat.us.

Is this some sort of virus or is this actual data logging?

Near as I can tell that is where it is originating...
