Why am I unable to start the Windows Modules Installer Service?

Unable to start the Windows Modules Installer Service

I'm trying to manually start the Windows Module installer service on a Windows 7 64-bit PC however get the following error message "Windows could not start the Windows Modules Installer service on PC. Error 1067: the process terminated unexpectedly.

Could some one please help on this
