I cannot install any app?

Windows Central Question

when i install new apps the outlook ask for password and after that it ask for phone number to send a code. after select the number, it is giving error as "unfortubately we cannot send code to that number try different one."
but there is no option to give different number.
Please someone help me to resolve this issue please.
 
Login on, your PC to, outlook.com with your phone credentials and disable the 2 step verification or change the phone number.
