Why has my lumia 625 hanged?

This has happened for about 2-3mins in the past. But right now it has hanged for over three hours. the phone is less than four months old, havent changed anything in it. Since it has an inbuilt battery, i cannot even remove that to switch it off! The alarm went off this morning, i turned that off, and the phone hanged. Am not able to do any factory resett because of the hanging. what should i do.

Try removing/moving aps from phone memory to SD card... Sometimes phone starts hanging if phone memory has very less free space.

Try to free up your phones inbuilt storage. And if your phone doesn't respond press and hold power and volume down key together upto 10 seconds then phone vibrates and it restarts....probably a soft reset.....hanging problems, ie browser crashing, other app crashing started since Lumia cyan update with 512 mb ram phones specially. It's a low ram problem, you can't do more for that... But you can try this temporary solutions.
