hey i GOT A SERIOUS PROBLEM

i got a nokia lumia 530 just bought it and i cant download/update apps it says error 80070490 please help me i made a mc account and i verify my email but nothing still the same

go to settings > email+accounts > sync your ms account again after that is done check you date/time/region settings if everything is correct (set region to US for now). Soft reset the phone (press volume down + power button at the same time, hold till the phone vibrates, then let go and wait).

Try the download again.. Btw make sure to cancel the download before doing all of the listed steps
