Can't unlock my phone!

I was messing around with my phone and turned something on in the settings. I forget what it was called. It was that option where you can choose your phone to read everything you type or something. Then I turned it off and now whatever I touch on the screen would get a yellow box around it instead of doing what its supposed to do. I can't even unlock my phone anymore because I can't slide the lock screen up. The whole screen just has a yellow box around it. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
