Will i need to remove current windows 10 insider os to get the orginal windows 10 os ?

I am using windows 10 insider program in my desktop. It's now build 10240, i suppose. Windows 10 is now available for public use. But i don't see some features that were promised by windows 10 and also some developer stuffs that i am not interested to have right now. So do i need to delete the current os to get the simplified orginal windows 10.
