RDP to Windows 2000 graphics problem, can anyone provide a work around?

Windows Central Question

RDP to Windows 2000 graphics problem

I need to remote into a windows 2000 server box. When I upgraded from Windows 7 to 10, now graphics are not displayed properly in RDP session so it's basically unusable. Is there a workaround?
