Why doesn't my Lumia 1520, turn off at all?

So, I've been having quite a few issues for the past couple of weeks with my Lumia 1520. First of all, it won't turn off by using the power button, and will neither do it using the reset option, volume down & camera. Aside from that, volume control option would not work sometimes. It stays at a set volume, and won't go up or down, and since the only way to get it to work is by resetting (which does not work), I have to drain the battery life in order to fix it. There is the constant freezing of pages, and last but not least, the only way to turn on the display is by pressing the camera button, not even the power one. I truly love this phone, but I can't seem to find solutions to these issues. =(

You could reset the phone without the hardware buttons. Settings > about > reset.. this will reset the phone completely and wipe all data from the phone, so back up everything first
