Should I buy a 950 if it's out or wait for sth like 1520 successor?

Currently, I'm using a 1020, the camera sensor is too long to open and cannot focus something under 15 cm. Should I wait for It successor for buy a 950 in the future?

Nobody really knows if there will be a successor for the L1520, if the 950XL is the best Microsoft can do i think my L1520 will be my best friend for a while longer.
But if a "6 Microsoft Surface Phone would emerge, i would buy that in a heartbeat.
