Still no Mobile Hotspot on Build 10536

I have updated my Verizon 928 to build 10536 and MHS still is not working. When I attempt to click on the setting it turns on and immediately turns off and provides the error "Internet Sharing not Avaialble"

Anyone else having this issue?

I have the same issue with host spot. I try all the way to fix it but I can't I have the Lumia 822. Are you get any idea to fix the problem
