True caller problem caller id not working

caller id not working on my 640XL help how to make it work

It didn't work on my 640 either. It worked fine on y Lumia 635 that had true Denim and GDR2, but not on the 640 with true Denim and GDR2. I really don't know why.

It is also not working in Windows 10 Mobile Preview build 10572, which is at least more understandable. Hopefully TrueCaller will get an update soon to address the issue.

You might try the TrueCaller support page to see if they can give some official assistance on this.
