Windows 10 won't let me any repair or rollback options
Please help clicked to delay win10 install as wanted to ensue it was bug free first. Unfortunately it then did windows updates and installed the rubbish. Laptop worked fine in Windows 10 for 2 or 3 hours. Next time started up it says sorry there has been a problem. None of its built in options work. All say sorry can't complete they operation including reset and go back to previous build. Microsoft support were absolutely useless and kept telling me to do all the things I'd already done. Finally they blamed the laptop manufacturer Dell by saying it was a driver issue!! If so why did it work fine and why would that prevent all their recovery options. Everything including Windows.old folders still accessible via command prompt. Any ideas how to get my pc back to Windows 7 complete with all my previous software much appreciated. Many thanks Steve
