How can I fix an SD Card problem when booting up my phone?

Problem with sd card when booting

There is an error when i am booting into windows that it says there maybe a problem with the sd and to take it out

Welcome to Windows Central.

What device are you referring to? But at any rate, have you tried connecting/inserting your SD Card into a PC and then check if it has corrupt sectors or not? Most SD Card problems are caused by this.
