How can I fix my photos app crashing in my Lumia 735 with WP 8.1?

Hi,
I have a Nokia Lumia 735 windows phone 8.1 update 2. Whenever I start the Photos app it crashes and goes back to the start menu. Also, sometimes I can't play some of my videos.
A soft reset doesn't work, a hard reset only worked temporarily, and formating the sd didn't work either. It only happens with the gallery app, and I'm running out of ideas.

This happens when photo file indexing or other spring files become corrupted. The most common cause is a bad SD card, though there could be other factors.

Try using a different sd card to see if that fixes the issue.
