Why can I no longer download attachments received in my hotmail account?

why can I no longer download attachments received in my hotmail account?

Recently unable to download word douments or pdfs sent to my hotmail account. It used to work fine!

No idea but its also happening to me in gmail sometimes (well almost every time) It doesn't depend on connection type or speed. Bugs i guess...
