Why my battery is charging only upto 77% ?

Actually this problem get started to happen after my mobile had liquid damage. I took my mobile to Nokia care. Even they cant able to rectify the problem. They checked the Mobile after changing the IC and battery also, even though the problem has not been rectified. i changed the battery also, still the problem continues.( Note: i am using original charger only ). Can you tell me what maybe the Problem. Please tell me the solution for this problem.
