Mobile network error

I am facing problems in lumia 535 while using mobile data connection. The sim used for data connection disables automaticaly without notification and turns on after sometime. Please help me solve this problem. Thank u.

Have you tried a different sim?

You will have to request a replacement sim from your provider, as it may be the sim that is faulty.

Hey hi. Thank you for your reply. I've tried different sim. But error occurs only when i turn on the data connection. If i turn on mobile data in sim 1 then it goes offline and vice versa. I cant figure it out what is the problem. Help me.

What about a soft reset?

Hold the volume down and power button at the same time.

Is it dual SIM?

Are you using 2 SIMs?

Windows Phone will only allow one SIM at a time to be data active above the 2G level.
